Braun 70S, a bad product.

I bought a Braun 7 Pulsonic. Less than a year the lamina began to break where it has a thin screen. I bought another, very expensive. Same problem. Would not recommend Braun products !!!

New foils fail

I keep falling for the okie doke! 3 foils(@39.99 each) in 6 months...3 failed. The original foil lasted longer. I kept the last foil & wanted to return it but its been a year since I used the shaver!!! 1 helluva shaver but the foils fail. Can I send my foil in for a refund? TY

Replacement heads dull quickly

I've been using the 7 for many years and replacement heads were always of equal quality as the original until this past year. Heads usually remained sharp and shaved close for up to a year or more. My last two replacements got dull and didn't shave close after only several months. Seems like the quality has deteriorated while price remains high. No longer happy with the Braun or my shave results.

Good Service--- Good Shave.

I have had my current series 7 for close to 6-years and the heads have held up, The current head is 3-years old and time to replace. The trimmer has not worked for some time, but the main reason I keep using this series 7 is that it still gives me a great shave, just need a new head.

Lasted 1.5 Shaves

Bought a replacement head for my husband off of Amazon; worked OK the first shave, head fell apart on the 2nd. Was going to buy a 2nd one thinking it may be a one time thing, but am now going to just buy him an entirely new electric razor from a different vendor. Bummer waste of money.

To ensure that the foil is installed properly, switch the shaver off and press the release button. You can now take off the foil frame. Replacement heads impossible to find

I love my 7840s, but I cant find replacement heads anywhere. C'mon, Braun. Don't let your customers hang out to dry like this.

Good features but appalling after service.

This product is still being sold but absolutely no spare foils available in the UK. Unless you want to waste your money DO NOT buy a Braun shaver!!!

Great shaver, but terrible service and quality control on replacement heads. Just look at the re-sellers bullying the prices. Braun needs to fix their inventory and make these products more readily avalaible.

Wasted $200 on shaver and cleaner liquid.

This shaver never cut close in the 6 months of use. Takes 15 minutes to get a decent shave but stubble remains as my wife tells me. Went back to my 4 year old Norelco.

Pricing is surreal

I thought these cartridges were pricey when series 7 came out. Current prices are simply hard to believe. Are they thinking we are willing to pay any price? I'm not.
