Braun Clean & Renew Refill Cartridges, 10 Pack

These are sealed Braun cleaner cartridges that only discharge fluid once they've been installed in a SmartCare center or one of our Clean & Charge stations. As such, they're self-contained so every Braun cleaning cartridge you use up should be replaced by another, new one. Attempting to refill Braun cartridges with another electric shaver cleaning solution is, therefore, not recommended. It could lead to suboptimal results and even invalidate the warranty of both your electric shaver and your cleaning center.

It is certainly possible to clean your Braun electric shaver manually without using a SmartCare center and the cleaning cartridge inside it. To do so, rinse the head in water and allow it to dry. Then make use of your supplied cleaning brush or purchase one from our range of skin care accessories. Nevertheless, this method takes time. What's more, it isn't automated so you have to work at it actively whereas a Braun SmartCare center will clean, lubricate and recharge your shaver for you without you having to think about it. Even better, on average, using a Braun cleaning cartridge has been found to be up to 10 times more effective than rinsing in water alone.

All of the Braun cartridges supplied in this six-pack are safe to use. Designed in Germany, like all our shaving accessories, these products have been put together to deliver exceptional results regardless of individual skin type. Of course, since a Braun cleaning cartridge is designed to clean your electric shaver's head - and isn't for direct application on the skin - it shouldn't have any unwanted effects even if you feel your skin is sometimes sensitive after shaving. That said, given this is an alcohol-based shaver cleaning solution, it should be underlined that the Braun 3-in-1 ShaveCare system makes shaving with an electric razor more hygienic, not less. No known allergens are used in the production of the Braun cleaning solution contained in the cartridges.

Press the button at the back of your SmartCare Center so that the old Braun cleaning cartridge can be released. Next, simply insert one of the two Braun clean and renew cartridges in this pack. You should replace Braun shaver cartridges every 2 months based on a typical cleaning regime of five cleans per week. Each Braun cleaning cartridge is effective for 20 cleaning cycles.
