You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

In accordance with our Braun.com Shop Policies, to make a purchase online, you must be a legal resident of the Contiguous 48 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia and be at least 18 years of age.

We may modify this Agreement or other policies set forth on the Site from time to time. When we modify this Agreement, we will update the “Last Updated” line above. It is your responsibility to regularly review this Agreement. Your use of the Site following the posting of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such updated Agreement.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The use of certain services on the Site may require the user to have established a user account (an “Account”). There is no charge to establish or maintain an Account, and an Account is not required to make a purchase from the Site. In order to establish an account, you must:

We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your Account or password, either with or without your knowledge. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account and/or password(s) and any other breach of security relating to the Site. We reserve the right to terminate any Account at any time in our sole discretion, including without limitation for any failure to comply with these Terms of Use, any fraud or abuse, or any misrepresentation that you or anyone using your Account may make to us.

We only sell products to individuals who can purchase with a permitted payment method.

You are permitted to purchase products or services via the Site only for personal use and not for resale. We may in our discretion refuse and/or cancel any order that we believe may lead to the resale of products or services ordered from us. We make no promise that products and services described on the Site are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Accessing this Site from territories where its contents are unlawful is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable laws and regulations with respect to the purchase, possession and use of any product or service ordered via the Site.

We reserve the right to refuse to process or complete any transaction, and to cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion.

Given the popularity of some products, we reserve the right to limit the quantities of items that can be purchased.

In addition, some of the items on our web site may be incorrectly priced or no longer available at the time you place your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

We try our best to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this 41Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unopened in its original packaging in accordance with the Return Policy and Return Procedures.

• Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and all military APO, AFO and military bases. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.

  Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

  Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address.

• Orders are typically delivered within 5 - 8 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

• Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days.

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy, outlined below. To return an item, you must have purchased it from shop.braun.com or us.braun.com. The item must be returned to us, unopened and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.

To start, go to Order History within your account, locate the order you want to return, and click ‘Return Items.’ Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a return label to send your order back to us. RETURN POLICY

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item from us, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not be charged any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. All items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.

Other returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery to inquire about whether you are eligible for a return. All returns and exchanges must be preauthorized by Customer Service. Items must be returned to us, unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories.

Braun® offers a 100 Day Money Back Guarantee (“MGB”) on our grooming Products.

“Product(s)” means Braun® branded: grooming products, limited to shavers, trimmers, Intense Pulse Light Devices (IPL), and epilators; and accessories, limited to shaver head replacements, clean and charge station replacements, and charging cases.

We stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Braun® grooming Product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Braun® Money Back Guarantee (“MBG”) is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

Offer limited to legal residents of United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Offer valid for products purchased between July 1, 2024 –June 30, 2026.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• You must submit your MBG refund request using the Braun Money Back Guarantee request form within 100 days of the date of original purchase.

• Requires valid proof of purchase: purchase date, purchase price, retailer name, and product purchased (Product UPC).

• You will then need to mail, your Product (including all parts except shaver cleaning fluid) in either: its original package, if it is still available; or securely packaged to avoid damage in shipping.

• Keep a copy of submission materials and proof of mailing for your records. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

Limit one refund per name, household, or address.

Only official US postal addresses are acceptable. No P.O. Boxes allowed. Use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.

The refund is limited to the purchase price paid after application of any coupons or discounts received at the point of sale (including store cash or rewards discounts of any type), plus applicable taxes. Postage and shipping are excluded from the refund and will not be refunded.

The MBG is limited to the original, end-user purchaser. Proof of purchase must be obtained from Product purchased by you. The MBG is not available to groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, commercial operations, corporations, enterprises, partnerships or any other similar or like entity or their respective agencies, representatives, officers, or employees.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to verify information and to limit or deny requests in cases of suspected fraud, where we believe the purchaser has abused the Money Back Guarantee offer, or where the purchaser has not provided all required information within the timeframe listed above.

This warranty is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. The warranty does not apply if the proof of purchase or product information has been altered or made illegible.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
