Original 70S Head Lasted 18 Months

The original head has lasted 18 months. And I have not used the charger/cleaner. I used an air compressor to blow out the accumulated whiskers. The shaver shaves smoothly but I have to make several passes in order to get a smooth shave. Because of other reviews I have read, I will buy only 1 replacement this time and cannot yet recommend this product to a friend.

Noticeable quality drop

The last replacement head lasted 8 months before it became non-functional. Extreme and noticeable quality drop in replacement heads over the past few years. Braun, you have to do better. Not acceptable in any way. Unless you are going to drop the price to $10 for a replacement head, you have to produce a longer lasting replacement than that!

To help extend the life of your shaver foil, be sure to use light pressure when shaving, regularly clean and oil the foil, and protect the foil while traveling, as these can all maintain the lifetime of your foil. First cutter excellent!! Replacements not so good

I've never had a blade cut as well as my Series 7 when I got it in July 2014! No irritation or burning skin, redness. After my 2nd replacement head the shave was not nearly as good. Not at all. The quality changed and certainly NOT for the better. Many people I recommended buy the 7S may not be happy. My friend recommended I buy my unit and I was ecstatic until the last two cutters. I'm sorry but I can no longer recommend Braun products and don't want to waste my money on a 6th cutter.

replacement blades say "made in china"

replacement blades are joke!!!!!! why would braun risk selling such junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
