Shipping PolicyOrders will only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and all military APO, AFO and military bases. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address.

Return Policy & ProceduresWe want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy, outlined below. To return an item, you must have purchased it from shop.braun.com or us.braun.com. The item must be returned to us, unopened and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.To start, go to Order History within your account, locate the order you want to return, and click ‘Return Items.’ Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a return label to send your order back to us. We’ll issue a full refund once your order is received. If you have questions or need help, contact our Customer Service Team.RETURN POLICYDefective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item from us, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not be charged any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Braun® product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund.Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Braun Money Back Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.REQUIREMENTS:
- Braun offers 100 Day Money Back Guarantee on our products.
- The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser
- Require a valid proof of purchase which includes: purchase date, purchase price, retailer name and product purchased.
- Excluded from the program are replacement parts and consumables (i.e., shaver heads, beard oils, etc)
- Braun reserves the right to verify information and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Braun Money Back Guarantee
- You will then need to mail, your Product (including all parts except shaver cleaning fluid) in its original package if it is still available or securely packaged to avoid damage in shipping.
- You must submit your Guarantee request within 100 days of the date of original purchase .
- Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution.

If the shaver exhibits such a defect, and the consumer otherwise qualifies for the warranty, Braun will, at its option, either repair or replace it for the consumer without charge.
