No, the new Braun NEVO can be used on dry skin, dependent on your personal preference. If preferred, users can use the new shaver with foam or shaving creams. However, it is important to thoroughly clean the shaver head after usage with foam and gel (rinse off followed by a deep clean in the NEVO Care 7in1 System) to ensure continued shaver peak performance.

The Braun NEVO lasts for up to 60 minutes or 4 weeks of shaving based on average consumer usage patterns. These consist of a daily shave lasting 2 minutes or a shave every two or three days with each shave (typically on a 3-day beard) lasting up to 5 minutes.

The new Braun NEVO is only designed for use on face and neck. For body hair grooming Braun has many other products such as the Body Groomer Series 9.
