Have had this 9095 for about 6 months and need a replacement head, i always wear through any electric shaver way faster than they recommend normal replacement as my hair is way way thicker than a normal person. This shaver has held up much better than any other shaver system i have ever owned i just wish the replacement heads were available! Any idea where to get one without purchasing a brand new unit?

Replacement heads are now readily available but excessively over priced. With no options available, I ordered a Braun 90S replacement head to be sure I was never left without my Braun Series 9-9095 cc shaver which I love.
Why aren't the replacement foils available for the 9000 series!!!???

(I only recommend this shaver if you can get the parts) Purchased the 9095cc last September 2015 so I've been using it for over one year. It's an amazing product I think the best shaver on the market but... I can't buy the replacement head anywhere. It's so worn out that I've have to start using my old Panasonic 5 blade shaver again. I've called around everywhere and researched online and can't find the 90s cassette anywhere. There were a few people on eBay asking like $200US + shipping I guess because they know there's a problem. I hope this part becomes available soon, very disappointed and would like to be able to use my $400 shaver again :(
I can only review the head that is on my shaver, because there are apparently no replacement heads available in the US (maybe anywhere), for less than the price of the shaver, which sort of defeats the purpose of purchasing a replacement head. I would rate Braun less than 1 star for deployment of this product, now on the market for over a year, with no customer support in sight; the excellence of a product that is unavailable is an academic point. Back to Panasonic....
Replacement razor heads are not available anywhere, not Amazon and not Braun. Braun service department will tell you to contact Encompass who handles there replacement parts but they do not have it on there website nor when you call and speak with a customer service person that is not a part they carry. So you are buying a very expensive disposable razor since you can't replace the razor blade.
Poor quality at absurd price and never been available in the US market, even though the Series 9 shavers have been sold in the US for two years already.
So Braun puts out a new razor, doesn't have a replacement cassette, which needs to be changed twice a year, and then sells it on a supplier website only for $100 with shipping ...
I bought the Series 9 about 7 months ago. It cost drastically more than my Series 7 for about the same shave. The replacement head on the Series 7 cost $35 and lasted 12 to 18 months. My Series 9 already needs to be replaced and you can't find them anywhere. Since the shaver has been out over a year, Braun must have serious quality issues with these heads. What's amazing is that Braun lists it here for an MSRP of $79.99 and when you click on "Shop Now' it brings you to a site that sells it for $189.99. Oh but wait there's free shipping.........
Don't buy the series 9 shaver as replacement parts, particularly the shaving CASSETTE will not be available until January 2017.
